  1. Strong authentication in consumer space is challenging since
    – it’s not about revenue generation. it’s about managing risk.
    – increased friction (federation reduces it since pain is shared but federation in consumer space is harder than gov/enterprises.
    – not many consumer friendly, cost-effective, scalable strong auth solutions exists.
